New Player: Roulette

How? Would the proposed roulette not give priority to new players (since you need to either be a new to that particular duty or a veteran player looking to help [or gain a bonus from helping] someone new to it)?

Imagine low level roulette, but instead of occasionally getting 4 veteran players and no bonus, it was guaranteed to have 3 veterans and 1 new player every time, plus have a higher bonus for completing the roulette.

you could be stuck waiting forever , since u still need tank healer dps dps....

plus u can only queue for 1 DR and nothing else , if we could queue for more than 1 DR at time

Hmmm... Yeah I suppose it's possible to run into a situation like that, though being able to queue for multiple roulettes at once would make the system work (not to mention be a Godsend regardless).
