Right... It is all DPS people with their sub iLevel80 tanks doing CM and Prae. No way are they ready for T5 and up, and tanking is just their off class not their main.

Thus you start them at T1 and work your way up. Baby steps. You're not jumping straight into T5+, you're starting from the bottom and teaching them everything.

[EDIT] I can't read apparently, but still point stands to a degree that if you're taking a new tank and/or healer through CM and Prae, then you can teach them the ropes of Coil in the near future too as that's an indication they want to keep that role.

Huh? They not tanks or healers for raid content. They can fill in as tank and healers for non-raid instances. Most players do not have all classes at 50 and can't afford to gear all classes/jobs to cap level. Some them have cleared T5 and T6 too, but not as tank or healer.

I think your tin foil hat is a few sizes too short.

I know you mentioned sub i80 in your previous post, but if they were interested in tanking or healing it, it wouldn't take them long to get geared appropriately if they so desired. I'm an i95 WAR and I am quite confident I could tank T6 and T7 without issue.
