If SE can't have a proper task force to investigate and get rid of the bot colony, I highly doubt they are going to hire someone to scour youtube videos in hopes of finding users with parsers.

They don't ban them even if you directly give them all the names and point it out exactly as it's happening. They flat out don't care or do anything.

The video you're talking about has nothing to do with parsers. It's about the radar thing that was made during the release of hunts, and he was never banned, or even using the radar lol.

Well, the radar thinger was (is?) available as an addon to certain third-party tools that also do parsing, right? And yeah, like I said he wasn't using it ^^
It was a while since I watched it, but I was certain he made an updated video about being reported for use of it (and being suspended? possibly just 'pending investigation' or something). Like I said, I don't know much about parsers and other third-party tools. =)

Simple solution if he's worried, turn it off/hide it for video footage.

just for reference. just because the bot you see didnt get banned doesnt mean things arent being taken care of.
