Um... Yes, they do. I reported a player for harassment and I was contacted during ST. The GM didn\\'t tell me what they did, but they did say that they were looking into it as was indicated by Ignnis. I don\\'t know about the \\'few days later\\' thing. I got contacted almost immediately, and the GM asked for further info. Ignnis never said what was done, the GM\\'s would not tell you that, but to say that they are seriously looking at it? Sure. They may have said something to the effect that they take this sort of thing seriously, but I remember that the GM that contacted me and the conversation went on for at least 7 minutes.

I'm going on what my friend told me, I met him online a few days later which is what I meant but I didn't type that coherently sorry.

I have also been contacted about things from GMs in the past, was someone in CT demanding I leave so my need roll on loot would be void.
