dungeons duty finder broken

SE when will you get off lazy butts and fix the duty finder on dungeons the timer is way off and I can comfirm it if you need. As a tank I enter duty finder it says " estimated time 5 minutes" 40 minutes pass and duty finder pop on a dungeon happens every day then I tryed as a healer same thing a 40 minute wait on a 5 minute estimate. So I tryed as dp (ninja) on syrus took 10 min top get in but on a normal hard mode 4 man dungeon "est time more than 30 min" took me almost 2 hours to see the duty finder pop what the hell. Please fix the dam duty finder SE on next patch not in 3.0 people need it fix faster it's getting to a point no one runs dungeons much any more

I've never had that happen when I queue as tank or healer, but I do have to point out, 2 hours -is- technically "more than 30 mins", so that's not really broken, just vague

It's just an estimate based on the average amount of time people have waited for a particular instance not an exact estimate on when you will get in often it takes way longer. Waiting times vary by instance depending on popularity. The most run dungeons take longer to get an instance slot for.
