1- I wish we could just use materials on our Retainers for crafting... New space I don't need much of, though with Dark Knight coming (even just Ninja tbh), an expansion of the Armoury Chest would be nice. Just give us a second one and we're golden; I can put Job equipment in one, and crafting/gathering equipment in the other.

2- I've suggested a lot that they should just give us a Glamour Crystal slot (similar to the Job Crystal slot) which applies Glamours; My Warrior and Paladin use (mostly) the same gear. I have one Glamour Crystal that applies Warrior AF when equipped, and one which applied Paladin AF. Done.

4- My main disappointment with Dailies is that, after going through all of them, I'm now left doing the same dozen over and over and over because Ixali Oaknots are a thing. Variety is the spice of life, and after doing all the quests, the variety is completely removed. Wish they'd make it so being Allied with the Tribes updated the reward list so they're all identical. OK the lower rank ones are "easier", but they're still pretty much just as time consuming. It really sucks that after producing probably 100 repeatable quests for this piece of content, in the end we just end up doing the same dozen quests. Would be nice if the reward for doing them all was "You get to do the quests you enjoyed for the best rewards as well!".

I really wish they would add the same tokens/rewards to the other beast tribes as well. I didn't finish the other tribes originally, and now I feel like I'd be stupid to do so and give up all those Oaknots.

1: More inventory is always good. Gets crazy with having all crafting and battle classes capped
    2:Rifts system was much better
3: No complaints on housing tbh, players wanted full features, gardening etc so fastest way to have everything was way they did it. Not saying cant be improvements, like tieing to account instead of character so alts can use and limits 1 personal house per account to stop players buying numerous plots.
4: dont mind em, as doesnt take forever to cap and not running even more of the same thing voer and over every day after cap. It's additional content, could be expanded upon, yus.
5: My friends in fc, so doesnt limit me their, also nice to not get any PMs in dungs so I can focus on it without distractions.
6: They should rename the company to Circle-Enix! XD

Oh yes! Even if we have to be in range of a retainer bell it would be so much better.

At the very least Crafting/Gathering classes should have a separate armory chest than Disciples of War and Magic. It's not like they can share items to wear.

Agree with everything except for the housing point, the housing system in this game has nothing to do with others, the freedom, details and interaction this system gives require a lot of server capacity, because of all the data that must be saved, but i'm sure this will be solved soon with part of the income produced by the cash shop.

This is usually done by craftable bags. They increase their amount of slots as the game ages with more content and many MMO's also have a separate tab for crafting mats storage. Here in FFXIV, new items/gear are being thrown at us every patch and yet not even a single attempt at storage increase.
Simply put between the Armory and the Inventory we already have more inventory from day 1 than most of those games did at max. Just because other games had bags and could expand doesn't change the fact we have crap loads of inventory immediately.

Other MMO's handle this by giving you costume slots, extra storage or the transmog system by Blizzard in WoW/Diablo games. All I gotta say, good luck when the Heavensward expansion comes out! Hundreds of new glamour and crafting mats with your same old storage. I have an extra retainer and even that's already filled to its teeth.
Armoire, Retainers, and paid extra retainers should be more than enough to solve this problem. Otherwise I'd suggest no longer being such a pack rat.

Here in FFXIV that's called an inn room. Every single player has one.

Because many of those tribes were released months ago. They were released in a staggared way so many players have already completed that content. Those areas being empty doesn't prove anything.

I disagree with that opinion. I rather enjoyed the beastmen dailies.

Not to mention the solo questing, prepare to go through it all over again in the expansion... on your own.
8 Man content is raiding. Raiding isn't exclusively large amounts of people, and since it's not a large amount of people in this game you don't need a raid system. It being misssing from the game is a moot point since it literally doesn't matter. Raids are small enough to manage as a party.

At some point you're just complaining to complain. This is all subjective.

How? It was you going to one npc, and him sending you off on random tasks. The same exact thing the later stages start doing. Go talk to an NPC, go off to do a random task he wants you to do. It's literally the same exact structure with simply more details in the "random task" that you get sent to do. I don't know why you've glorified the original questline so much. It rehashed the primals to begin with so after your rant about the coil I imagine you would actually be complaining about the lack of originality or something.

And, also simply put, most other games do not allow you to level every single class on a single character. This inventory space would be perfectly fine, as you say, if we had one of these inventories per class. We don't.

I don't agree with #4. Dailies suck; leave that crap as vanity only. As for #6, I don't mind the current boss mechanics, but there should be more than 4 every 6 months. I can mostly get on board with the rest.

I'd agree if we didn't have the armory on top of 100 inventory slots and 200 retainer slots and the fact that some classes have gear that overlaps with other classes so Scholar overlaps with WHM and BLM overlaps with SMN. The armory provides all that extra inventory per gear slot (was it 25 or 30?) on top of 300 slots of inventory.

We have a considerable amount of inventory even despite the extra classes. Some people are just pack rats and feel the need to save everything.

Those shades are pretty easy to make. Check it out here. http://xivdb.com/?item/8564/Shaded-Spectacles

Other than the oaknots with the ixal it IS all vanity. Vanity mounts. Vanity Pets. At the end a vanity face mask. It's entirely optional and if you don't craft you don't even need the ixal, and when it comes down to it with enough gil you don't even need to do the ixal personally either.
