Yeah but sometimes people get kicked for no troll reason, just because they aren't deemed by the other party good enough <o<; so I don't think it would be fair

I've seen this happen also. Healer in ST vote kicked dragoon from duty because he died too many times on Scylla. In his defence I have to say that he was frozen all those times, and no one helped him.
Since it's alliance content the rest could make up for the mistake, but Dragoons (and Ninjas) do tend to almost always be dead and healers tend to waste so much MP raising them lol. So in the healer's defense, normally you do get rid of the weakest link in your party, so frozen or no frozen, you can still heal them (and chances are your healers were using Succor/Medica II, which is enough to keep them up) but if the DRG wasn't near your party area to get hit by the AoE healing..that's also a problem. So it sounded more like an overall alliance problem if they weren't being broken out of ice at all.
Really the only reason I even die to Scylla. Trapped in ice for to long or literally zero heals. There is really no excuse for both healers and other alliance members. I trap inbetween the boss and where my healers are so Im out of circle AoE and easily visible and puddle is easily accessible to all. From the experience in my runs I don't blame specific jobs, I see so many just screw up in and out of party. Every once in a while I get a smooth Scylla where no one dies.
The entertaining part is watching a player in another alliance freak out with ice and trap their own members.
Square needs to prevent kicked players from rejoining the same instance. I had one ST one where my party kicked out a healer because she would DPS when we asked her to help me heal the party and made the fights more difficult as a result. Kicked her a total of FOUR times and she kept coming back.
This is the major problem. There should be a 15 minute penalty before a person can rejoin in a DF, regardless if they felt they were kicked for legit reasons or not. Granted some "innocent" players may have been kicked unjustly, but if so, they have the recourse of filing a complaint with the GMs explaining the situation and having action taken against those people who did it unjustly, personally, I have never been in a party where they kicked a player just because they felt like it, only times were when said player was purposely interfering with the game play of the other party members. Otherwise, for the majority of the kicks which are legit, this will prevent the bad player from immediately rejoining in progress and landing in the same party again harassing the other members.Square needs to prevent kicked players from rejoining the same instance. There is no way for SE to monitor bad behaviors with all the players, so the 15 minute penalty would work for most cases, for those who felt it was not fair, file a complaint with the GMs. Simple.
