He wants classes to transform into a super form and have boosted stats.
I rather have unique limit breaks that each class can bring something useful to the fight.
While normally I would agree with you, the problem is that, it's still going to be Tank/healer/DD LB just not party dependent and the Damgae will be less to compensate the fact that everyone will get their own.
So instead of seeing each party Member use an LB that does spike damage or spike heal or spike Def up, something different could break the mold
