Who says the person that got the clear didn't finish the run on the floor and was the least productive member of the party? The myth message doesn't differentiate between a decent and a poor player because even bad players get clears. In fact I've had more trouble with "Farm" parties being unable to clear content then actual "clear" parties.
If you made it to 1-5% several times and didnt clear i'm going to assume you were the problem.
