They can easily tie Heavy Shot to the nocked arrows instead. Also correct me if I'm wrong but, I believe damage buffs do not effect your AA. The buff is removed upon the use of a skill with a cooldown.

1. Heavy Shot is a Guild bought skill. ARC starting secondary is Close Shot, which is, uh, Close?
2. Buff do not affect AA, hence Light Shot is not AA. If Light Shot is AA, bye bye damage.
