actually its a reference to white wedding the billy idol song
First and last boss in Sastasha HM is a reference to Clash of the Titans.

That was more of a fourth wall breaker, than an easter egg. Dude said exactly what everyone would do. Made me super self-aware for a brief moment....

It's an attack that deals a ton of damage based on how many zombies enter the center of the arena. It's a reference to GoT/ASoIaF. With all the tongue in cheek fantasy references from that batch of dungeons, it couldn't be a reference to a song that has a different name and even a different subject.

That attack is hardly unique though - the Bone Dragon in the Labyrinth of the Ancients has the same sort of attack under a different name (as does Avare in Tam Tara HM). And considering Ferne's love of pop culture (especially 70s and 80s music), I'm liable to agree with Mook and regard it as a reference to Billy 'I used to be famous' Idol. It's an attack that deals a ton of damage based on how many zombies enter the center of the arena. Some of the unnamed NPCs here and there have... interesting... things to say. ("My loins throb like Dalamud")
The sound you make while dancing (or moving) changes depending on what you're wearing.
Mess up on a mudra and you get a bunny-eared hat.
