Impossible, Cross-class skills cann't have different potency based on job. The classes have TRAITS which augment the skills, but are exclusive to each class.
The Solution: Cross class trates or give them an enmity-based "and Mend" trait
Apologies, I should have said make the Cure "stronger" instead of "more potent" to avoid confusion. This can be accomplished by traits on the PLD, a hidden magic damage property on PLD weapons or even by sticking MND on tank gear. Either way, the Cure available to the PLD is laughably weak at level 50. It's not a terrible idea to at least bring the PLDs cure spell up to the point where it's at least usable in some fashion. It doesn't need to be strong enough to heal himself fully, but at this point I think the PLD's auto regen is just about as strong as spamming Cures on himself.
