lol, Ninja's been out for not even a week and you're already taking it to heart? xD
Also to those saying not to use those Macros, I don't use them either for reasons stated, but the OP was asking if they can be Macro'd, and they can, but not advisable.
Very tongue-in-cheek. I don't care how other people play.
On Controller (Namely, Dualshock 4) I have mine set to L2+ D-Pad. Up is Ten, Right is Chi, Left is Jin, Down is Ninjutsu.
Left>Right>Up Huton
Left>Up>Right Suiton
Up>Right Raiton
Left>Up>Right Doton
Right>Up Katon
Down>Activate Jutsu
It takes practice, but the ninjutsus are really fun to use as well as they offer a lot of versatility. If I ever see myself doing T5, for example. Doton will be up 100% of the time during Dreadknight phase, on top of the point in which they spawn.
Katon is for mobile groups, Doton is for stationary groups (It's potency even as a DoT is lower than Raiton)
Keep up Huton during non-heavy AoE scenarios, Suiton when Trick Attack is off CD, Kassatsu into Raiton. If Huton is up and Trick Attack is not off CD, Raiton.
If you have a point coming up in which the party needs to pass a DPS check, save Suiton and just use Raiton instead (Such as Golem phase t9)
I have mine on L2+D-pad too, except I have my mudras placed in correspondence to their name. So for me lightning would Up+Down+Ninjutsu on the right (Lightning come from the heavens to the earth [up,down])
thats exactly what i did! it just made so much sense. On Controller (Namely, Dualshock 4) I have mine set to L2+ D-Pad. Up is Ten, Right is Chi, Left is Jin, Down is Ninjutsu.

I'm on PC and use a PS4 controller and mine are set to L2 + Buttons. Allows my thumb to be free to move my character and input Mudra at the same time. AKA Dodge and input.
The order you receive each Mudra is pretty much the easiest way to remember them.
Ten > Chi > Jin = Suiton;
Jin > Chi > Ten = Huton.
Ten > Chi = Raiton,
Ten > Jin = Hyoton
Ten > Jin > Chi = Doton
It's way easier to remember them than you'd think
