allowing people to queue in progress only is a terrible idea. all healers and tanks would do is just that.This may have been a positive, but it wasn't the only way to achieve this goal. I don't understand why our society is so quick to punish people instead of implementing people friendly systems. We have some pretty good studies out there that shows how to push people into good behavior without using a punish / shaming system. A good suggestion for in game that I've seen so far has been to allow players to only que up in progress. There are better ways to achieve these goals without supporting a punishing system.
And those players would have long ques since in progress parties aren't that common. This may not be the most well thought out idea, but it's a start. My point is why don't we offer systems that don't punish players but balance gameplay?
