I have encountered many of these healers while queueing as tank and to make it all worse my main is WHM >.>. That pisses me off so much more.

There is only one useful part for fluid aura for what I have my finger on the button, for what I have that skill on my bar again after long time: The second earthshock of the blue golem in T9. But its risky as the precicion is not very high as a healer.
@Sebazy: Omg. That Dreadwyrm head looks awfulSeems to be time to prepare a bunch of prisms.

happened in he past, as a tank I ask nicely not to use fluid aura
and the WHM will go "I am doing more dps so monsters die quicker" while the monk and dragoon cry as they run after the mob
Larek Darkholme @ Ragnarok
why do i doubt this?
seems far more likely you said, don't dps. And they responded correctly.
I have seen some WHM's that have done some of the above (including an odd one that claimed they only 1V1 and wouldn't heal anyone)
I main a WHM and I say I do my job well, I let tanks pull, I keep Stoneskin on everyone between pulls, I don't kite adds (I will try drag them in the direction of the tank if there is distance between us) raise when Swiftcast is up (unless you are killed constantly and are a liability with Brink of Death) and I am mindful of when I put on Regen (sometimes the lingering effects of a Regen will be on before a pull and it will get aggro on me, but that isn't solely a WHM problem, since the tank can click it off)
Only time I will commit any of the wtfwhm things is if I am with buddies and are trying to give the tank (usually played by a friend) a hard time (in good jest of course)
This is the only thing I'm picky about, and not for the reasons you've stated.Unnecessary Denial of Raise
I don't have to raise you noobs. L2P and you wont die
This is when some insignificant healer wants to feel important and elite by leaving the dps/tank dead and 2-manning the boss or whatever. But the part the really bugs me, is when its something that, you know, can't be two-manned? This results in the boss/mobs not being defeated, resets, and time being wasted.
I hate it when people see the staff next to my name in the party list and automatically assume it means "He's going to cover my ass for every mistake I make so I'm just not going to try." This instance has happened far too many times with MNKS, DRGs, and recently some NINs who decide, meh, I'm just not going to dodge this AoE because I want to finish my combo. My healer can raise/heal me.
Couple this sentiment with the fact that WHMs have tougher MP management than SCHs and you are faced with another obnoxious instance where I'm left with either having to consistently raise the same self-centered people or actually focus on those who dodge and conserve my MP.
I don't mean it to sound harsh, but if you're draining my MP so much so that you're going to die again soon anyway because of the weakness debuff? Nah, I'm not going to waste my MP and make it harder for everyone else (including myself) because you decide you're not going to dodge.
Usually it's constant wtftanks that give birth to wtfwhm's. Roll a healer and enter a dungeon without your skilled fc-mates, and behold your brethren.
From other people's point of view, I look like a monster. I'm a stupid woman who imagines she can create a happy life by piling up her sins
When I tank main Scenario and most high levels, I use sword oath +DPS accs for the bosses, back to tank accs and shield for large pulls. But im a t9 geared tank with full 110 DPS accs from my main MNK with still close to 7k HP with DPS accs. So I pushout a healthy 330-350 DPS on bosses which speeds it up quite a decent amount. For main scenario, I stay in sword oath 100%, and still maintain mob enmity.
If you overgear the content by a substantial amount, theres no reason not to switch to DPS accs and sword oath/drop defiance.
