With the massive nerfs to hunt rewards, there are only 2 ways left in order to get your characters gear lvl up to 110:
Last I checked, you get the same Soldiery and Allied Seal rewards from hunts as you did before.

You just don't get to roll in Myth tomes while you do it anymore.
