    But it all boils down to communication. If the group says "We're skipping cutscenes, please skip them too." then sitting and letting the scenes roll constitutes harassment.
    It's all about communication and context.

    See, the point is, it doesn't have to "qualify as harassment" to work as a valid reason to kick. Disagreement on gameplay choices is all it needs. If the "majority" of the group decides it's a speedrun, people who want a slow run can be kicked. If the majority decides it's a no cutscenes run, cutscene watchers can be kicked. If the majority decides it's a high item level run, lower geared players can be kicked. And the "majority" has, in the GM's eyes, made its decision when the votekick went through. Communication is not a requirement. I wish SE had clearer and stricter rules on what is and what isn't vote kick abuse, I'm just telling you what their current stance seems to be.
