Getting kicked for a Cutscene watching is pretty stupid people play games to enjoy the story and it's apart of it, those who kicked you wanted to watch it first time as well and had no problem waitting people just need to relax and rembmer it's a game.

You never specified which CS you were looking for. If it's the one that shows the dungeon overview and the boss death, they are viewable if you turn off the Cutscene skip and in the Journal.
If it's the Iceheart CS, then it would only be viewable in the Journal.

Also, I think that usually after a patch, people don't mind CS viewers since it's new content after all, so you didn't even had to skip it out of pressure.

Forgive me if I came across as rude, I was just terse. I have explained it before that what I am referring to are the quest cutscenes and not the dungeon ones.

All cutscenes are in the journal. Just have to look harder. $E kinda made the whole thing messy, check all tabs...

I will look more carefully, but my first search was quite thorough already... Nevertheless, not much will be lost by me checking again.

It was the same for me, but I did not give up that easily. As I said, I had a conversation with a GM, it was not just one ticket or two. I had them explain to me what vote kick abuse was in SE's opinion, as they mentioned that the case I specified was not considered as such.
The GM told me that it's only vote kick abuse when the purpose of the kick is an attempt to grief someone - kick them to keep them from getting dungeon completion, kick them to keep them from getting loot. Any gameplay related reason, as in - kicking them for being bad, for wanting a speedrun, for not wanting a speedrun, for having bad gear - is fair game. It's not nice, but it is not punishable.

Just a final post on this, I've checked and with certainty I can say that the cutscenes for "The Wrath of Qarn" are not in the journal, so don't skip them!

It's not a cutscene for the quest itself. It is watchable if you look for the dungeon under the category "Duties".

I just checked and you're right, the cutscenes for The Wrath of Qarn are not there, nor for any dungeon quest except for Tam Tara HM (Corpse Groom).

If you are after the snowclak ending CS you should look under story quest cutscenes in your journal - think might be main story specifically not sure if it's split for the patch stuff but should be able to see it there in thespecific quest for it.
