    See the difference bewteen the Moogle cap and vainty items is that the moogle Cap boost your EXP gain by 10% if your under LV10 and that's giving people a slight advantage over players.

    Maybe if they change the moogle cap a bit?
    Like make it to look like a cactuar cap and with no stats?
