Trying to keep playing and feel like I'm jumping through hoops (Bought time card)

I just ordered the GAME TIME CARD, well here's the problem, if your sub is already out and you want on now, it can take up to 72 hours to get the code, my Wife and I are fed up, we were told ultimate pay stopped theres services even tho I can use them to buy in-game items for a castle raiding game here's the link if you don't believe me, we have stood behind this game since beta 2.0, but now I feel like I'm told to jump through a hoop and when I get there it's a size 4 ring, they discontinued ultimate pay the SE shop payments isn't even handled by SE it's ran by http://www.digitalriver.com/ a SE customer rep told me to call these people because they don't even handle the shop payments, I won't lie this is very concerning. We would have liked to buy stuff off the cash shop as well as keep out retainers but due to this we can't see continuing support for a company that isn't there for us (all gamers not just legacy or non-legacy) we have asked for paypal still no update on that, so as of now looks like we'er done.

P.S. to all those who said get a time card...I did now what?

Edit: lol just got a refund so even if I wanted to stay after the next 6 days I can't Digital River just sent a refund no explanation for it, so by choice or not I'm done.
