How do newly chreated characters / new players supposed to progress naturually

Weapons are probably the biggest hurdle since the Sol Weps are the only tome buyable weps and need a UAT so to even get those you need to either build your relic, farm a Primal wep, or buy a wep off the MB of a higher ilevel so you can run ST for the UAT.

Getting Relict shouldn't be a problem. There are now enough overgeared players and the Echo to make the hard primal fights easy.
