    Relic is always behind during times when it matters. They should have made the next line to Nexus making the weapon at least i120 for 2.4.

    This, I agree. But unfortunately when Yoship pushed the Novus from 2.35 to 2.38, everything gets pushed back and no longer in sync. It was planned to be every .05 in patch numbers. Hopefully 2.45 will bring in the update, then those tanks and healers who are on low priority for the Encrypted Tomestone can have an upgrade too.
