2.4 Crafting - Grim as predicted

All gated behind the master books, which to get require the 3 HQ items, that are insanely difficult to do.

In hindsight, like all crafts, they're actually not *that* bad. RNG can suck but I was consistently hitting over 50% after I fine-tuned my rotation.

But I agree, 4 star crafts kind of suck right now, especially with some of the mats behind gated behind content no one farms anymore (i.e. T1-5).
