    Yeah... waiting for them to hit the Carolinas... one day. Bids have been submitted for new fiber in the Raleigh-Durham area (from a competitor, not TWC), and AT&T is slowly expanding their U-Verse offerings throughout the region (DSL speeds above 6Mb, as well as TV services). We really need some competition here to put a fire under TWC-SC's butt.

    Connecting from Denmark.
    A lot of bandwidth lost when connecting overseas unfortunately. Latency is bearable, but not spectacular.

    This is what I usually see with servers in Europe in general:


    God I love this non-profit ISP. I pay ~20$/month for this.

    Really looking forward to the European Datacenter though! Woooh!

    God this patch downtime is killing me +___+

    I just did a ping test for ffxiv us server got "88ms" wondering what's very one getting

    Here's how to test ping:

    1. Open up a the run interface (Windows Button + R).

    2. Type in ‘CMD’ – this will bring you to the command prompt.

    3. Type in ‘PING <IP Address>’ – you can find IP addresses of each FFXIV ARR server below.

    4. At the bottom you will be given the minimum, maximum and finally your average ping.

    North America Datacentre | square-enix.montreal.com | IP address: 184.107.107.176

    Europe Datacentre | eu.square-enix.com | IP address: 209.130.141.243

    Japan Datacentre | jp.square-enix.com | IP address : 202.67.53.202

    My average results from Newcastle NSW with ISP Internode are: Japan:158, Europe:296, North America:264.
