    Healer stacking is the reason it needs to be nerfed.

    Is it just me or is all comments about making every class worst except bard, monk, and dragoon. Everyone want 50 second fights? Most people seem to comment and get excited about fights that last 4-5mins and you win.

    With the blm nerf it probably comes into the same as whm nerf. If you have ever been in a group 6 blms they are unstoppable. Its awesome you just steam roll the other team.

    PVP raise is better than Swiftcast+Raise. PVP Raise has no debuff.

    I think it was harsh lol. I'm usually the only BLM on my team. Even before the patch, if I see that I'm the only BLM on the party I switch to SMN because the target on my head is already too large and casting any DPS spells is nigh-implausible. Swiftcast was one of the only things I was able to do to deal any damage outside of Phantom Dart and Scathe. Besides, Flare is only lethal if the target is already heavily damaged (30-60%).

    I can see this solving the "4 BLMs" on a team issue, but I haven't seen that in the last 15 games I've had. In fact, most of my parties were 4 BARDS, which by the way are bullshit against us.

    Sleep/Freeze + LB was already iffy because teams know naught about teamwork or the targets are somewhat intelligent.

    Maybe they're trying to kill PvP dead for everyone. There's horrible decisions across the board. Can't stack regen/medica II buff, which means anything more than one healer is basically useless since 'cast time' spells are almost impossible to fire off when in combat (you're almost ALWAYS locked down by a competent team). Testudo no longer gives a decent enough buff, instead being a party-wide 'Rampart'. Nice enough, but 50% DR was crucial for certain tactics employed.

    They've finally given Morale a use, which is kind of... well, meaningless. It boosts the level of equipped gear, but area caps remain in place. So if you're already i80+ you're as good as you can be in Frontlines, morale or not. No one plays Wolves Den. There's still no incentive to actually invest in morale equipment.

    This is one of the best decisions they've made to pvp. It's a cheese tactic that has nothing to do with skill. It allows three healers with little ability to survive far longer than they should, purely because of an imbalance created through multiple regens stacks. I'm basically a forced healer main these days, and this will have very little impact on my survivability, as to a competent healer, it is a luxury, not a necessity. Though to incompetent healer, it is a necessity and that in itself is a huge balance problem. People should not be able to get by without being capable of playing their class, current regen stackings create this problem. This change will actually force healers to learn how to play in pvp, which is great. I'm sure it will have a negative effect though, as healing will be just too hard for anyone who relied on this to get by.

    It was an inevitable change imo. In nearly any competitive PVP team-based situation, a move like Flare, (highest DMG potential AoE with no target limits) being able to be cast twice in a row would be dreadfully OP. That said, Flare is still the highest damaging AoE attack in the game, and it can still be cast twice, making it still the best candidate for swiftcast AoE DPS. And BLM did get a 10% damage increase as well.
