But because they didn't completely rework conj, you cant expect every conj in the game to just fall into suit and play something they don't want to.

I can't "make" them healers, they can play however they like, if they like to nuke they can nuke.
I can also tank with pugilist but they dont take me as tank in partys, should I start a "pugilist stike" thread because I am not a tank, or should I learn to deal with what I have?

If you made your pug to be a pug tank, then yes you should! Same with MRD! MMO's shouldn't have only one viable class for anything anyways, which is why they shouldn't have taken the AOE off of the heals for thaum and conj.

an MMO where only 1 class can fit x role is a very newb mmo. It would remind me of 'Golden Axe' type games.
