You don't farm glamors you make them. Any L 50 craft can get the recipes for CHEAP in Mor Dhona. They take a prism, from any trading concern Like the Black Rabbit traders in Gridania or Bhango Jango (sp?) in Limsa + 2 NQ L 30ish items.

One 40 minuet 1 venture cost venture gets me 30 of any crystal.

easiest way I make money is
1. get a daily map. sell it on MB for minimum 40K
2. send out retainers for shards/crystals. 40 minute CD, they either get 40 shards, or 30 crystals. they sell REALLY fast, and there's always a demand
3. do all of the DF dailies. you end up making a decent amount of money just from the adds in dungeons, make more if a tank/healer for adventurer in need
4. buy the level 44/46 crafting gear in MD, then go spiritbond in urth's gift. tend to get tier 3, which sell fairly well, or Tier 4, which is currently selling for more than Ehcatl sealant on my server (lamia)
