You don't need an active sub to post.

Ah, so basically when the cookie expires.
Who said FFXI ruined FF? It was it's own thing, and most said it should have been just FF: Online. The X-2 thing yes, most said it was a dumb fanservice game.
Basically when people were saying that XI shouldn't have been numbered since it was kinda like the hate Mystic Quest got for not being "Final Fantasy", but in XI's case it being an MMO entry.

Sad that it's come to this. Yoshi comes in the save the day after Sqaure Enix fucked up with 1.0, and now the game is a success they're going to start nickel and diming us.
We were idiots for thinking that Sqaure Enix had learned their lessons after nearly bankrupting themselves with stuff like this. Just watch as this great game slowly turns into All The Bravest 2.0.

To give him some credit... how much do you think this is upper management and how much is Yoshi? Upper management fucked v1.0 with forcing them to use XIII's engine and putting an unfinished game onto the market because "we gotta beat WoW: Cata's release" so I wouldn't be surprised if they are doing it again here.Sad that it's come to this.
