    Technically it does when the expansion comes out. If you're going back there to farm gear anyway. It will be particularly harder to overgear the final turn since 130 will probably be the ilvl limit for level 50 which you have to sync to get into coil come expansion time.

    Well I pretty sure there be a level lock eventually once the level cap is increase to 60.
