See at least I want to help people instead of pushing videos onto people.

You're not helping people by giving them an easier content. It's quite the opposite to be honest. If you do that they'll just wait over and over patches to clear content that they can't currently clear and make any efforts.
So, if you think carrying people and/or giving them serving content they can't do is helping. I'm sorry but you don't know how to help people.

I agree. I didn't properly learn how to play my job until T4 and T5. They forced you to up your game because you had such strict timers to kill stuff. T5 teaches you a lot of things to help you through SCoB, like watching cast bars and handling mechanics individually. When you have people being helped through first Coil with echo/high lvl gear/friends to carry them through it, they don't learn these things. So you get a bunch of players having a harder time with SCoB because suddenly everything is MUCH harder for them than it is for those who suffered through first Coil. So they'll wait for 2.4 so they can have their hand held through SCoB too and then complain even more because the final Coil will kick their ass. Making content easier does not help people improve, it only helps them catch up, but what's the point if they then can't down the new content anyway because they didn't learn anything?
