I kinda agree. DF should have been In-progress by default with an opt-in checkbox for Full-run only as a checkbox. And the checkbox should be checked by default for the new players.
It seems like the exact same thing but it really doesn't seem like our current system cares about completing in-progress roulettes. For example a LS mate is missing a healer on his Qarn run so I try to get an in-progress low level roulette... and it pops with full runs only. That coupled with a withdraw penalty to prevent spam seems like it would help in-progress runs out, but I'd worry about full run groups being hard to fill.
