The ranking system is good as it is now. You can get a new piece of armor every 2 levels and every 4 a new skill/upgrade. Level 40 is good for the animal-gear because it will cause players to play more pvp so the whole pvp community benefits from it. In case you could get it way faster, people would just quit pvp even faster and this would end in even longer queue times for the rest.

Just deal with it. You cant get every Triple A item in this game after some hours like a free candy. People who want high allagan need to find a group and learn all nine fights and even then they have to hope for a drop. Possible in some hours? No.
People who want Warbear/Warlion mount have to play 200 extreme runs as tank. Possible in some hours? No, it takes weeks (if not months).

Its not a big deal to get 10.000 pvp experience during a week. Do this for 8 weeks, get your 25% bonus exp through challenge log and unlock your pvp gear. Thats it. No rant needed.
