OP, if you stick with it it'll become natural like any other things you've learned in this game. Don't worry about it too much, play with your filters and see what works best of you. I was on mobile before so I couldn't say much, but as far as those go, I have one for enemies only (which is what I use most of the time as I can use the d-pad to target party members) and one for "friends" which targets all players (great to heal other alliances, although you can cycle through them as well, but I don't remember the buttons right now sorry >.<). I also have one for everything and one for party members only, but I rarely use those, as the first two are enough for all I have to do.
