The removal of environmental collision detection is BEAUTIFUL.

I'd just like to know why SE why was the collisions from these things removed?

I'd like an honest answer because I can't remember even once thinking that it would be good to just pass through everything like a ghost.

Because the people on these forums do nothing but complain about everything. This is what constantly complaining (for no reason most of the time) gets you.

Pretty much this.

Before collision removal everyone cried "Its not fair we can't jump off ledges and climb cliffs" etc SE replied by allowing you anti-gravitational powers to hover over and off most cliffs the only way they knew how.

Now all those who cried before are NOW crying because they are now a wispy entity in the world and can walk through every living and most stationary objects on Eorzea.

Its a sad day, cause next thing we know we gonna log into the game and collision is abolished everywhere and people are falling through maps, running through mountains and clipping into areas they don't belong.
