stairs are out of battle area, on the video you see the lala stopped by an invisible wall when he try to go downstairs

maybe the purple flames are a nod to the purple mote in 7? is an odd color to pick twice :P and there is a circle in the middle of both.

Then of course we all know they will butcher the fight as it will be more of a one time experience clear fight.

Most people use third person from a over top view so it wouldn't be difficult...if you're having issues just zoom out.
