Actually, those XI numbers aren't even current. Right now EP's give 80~120+ EXP now depending on the difference. They really cranked up EXP (don't even get me started on Abyssea - you wanna talk about easy mode how's going from 60~90 in 1 day?)

Not saying XIV should be as easy as XI is now, but it's definitely a bit much.

Can do 1-90 in 1 day with a static or a little luck. Just need to reach the lvl 30 entrance requirement of entering Abyssea - All party xp with a PL 14+~ will earn you at least 20k/hr with the right setup. FFXI has been on cruise control for well over a year now. My analogy was aimed at finding a happy medium though, not asking for moar easy mode.

I've been gone since Abyssea really took hold. I just pulled up something from the original boost. Thanks for the clerification.
