What I would personally like the new dungeons to have is a minimal ilvl requirement of 95-100, with loot being around i105 (as a minor gear progression towards Second Binding Coil). With that and trash mobs that are not a simple "gather together, AoE to death, repeat" but actually something with mechanics to them... I'll have faith in the dungeons again.

We also kind of have eleven dungeons and two raids for the newbies/casuals to enjoy or use to gear up for new dungeons... no need to make the 2.4 dungeons require a minimum ilevel of 80 to enter and drop i90 gear. That's just a massive waste.
