Normal Miqo'te tail, it's one of the options we get, and you can see the pointed cat ears (which aren't the same type as Yugiri's) at the top of the mask/headpiece as well. So the ninja models a miqo'te, and probably male from the pose/body features.

As for 2.4, we will see, not excited for ninja, so there really isn't much going on in this patch for me. I'm waiting for fanfest to see what they announce... which is supposedly another new class that I am hoping is the gunner they said (along with rogue) is coming out soon right before E3.
Ahh yes, I remember them mentioning that reveals were to be happening at some point .. I know no other jobs are meant to be implemented into the game until the first expansion - but I'd still like to know what they are
