Oh really how did u explain my 1800 Full Thrust against Nael and sub 1500 Full Thrust against t6 savage mid bulb?

Because all damage is done through a calculation that has a range, let's say 80%-120% damage. These numbers aren't exact I assure you, but for simplicity sake, we'll use that. So 1500-1800 makes perfect sense, not because of any buffs or debuffs, but simply because that's the nature of DPS. Crits are the same way, they have a range of damage they can do.
