Why is Ramuh EX so hard :(

I've tried a bajillion times with pretty damn good players and rolling thunder always trips people up. I swear I've had way smoother experiences with T6-8 than Ramuh.

What do you guys think about Ramuh EX and how it compares to other end-game content?

Its one of the easier primals. Only hard when you don't. Communicate and manage your orbs correctly in rolling thunder phase.

Personally I think it's one of the easiest primals yet. As heals I'm basically standing in the same spot for most of the fight. Move a few inches to stack or avoid something sometimes....grab a few orbs if it's a "dps set" or if I get chained to someone...and heal. That's it...it's actually pretty boring. I was excited about the fight until I did it. lol. That's just my opinion though.

I was dispelling fear target, watching the orbs around, I dont hink it's one of the easiest trials, it's one tof the trials you need to communicate the most (or even a good priority on dispelling)

It may be simple if you do solo tank with 2-3 healers, but it's not suppose to be done like this.

I think the easiest trial is Levianthan, Ramuh is as hard as Moggle in my eyes, but not as Titan (even if, I dont find Titan that hard anymore since I know well the fight)

I like Ramuh, the only thing I dont like, is, when you switch phase, and someone got fear, he doesn't force the thunder, it should force the thunder befocre continuing the fight, this is a little stupid, we need to know the % of when he change phase, and stop to DPS a little, shouldn't be done like this.

My static does it with 2 heals and 2 tanks, just to clarify. Never done it with 1 tank and 3 healers. If it's actually easier with 1 tank then I'd fall asleep doing that method.

Dunno why but I find Levianthan ex much more interesting. Maybe I just like the tipping boat and music more or something.

Yeah, I dont know, levianthan was so easy, almost didn"t wipe there, even on first week when it came out.
I did like 4-5 time HM, and someone told me about the debuff on one of the tank, then, I understood I had to use stoneskin and regen on him, and that's all.
Joined an " exp " party, cleared it in 1-2 try... ramuh was much harder to clear first time, had to understand about fear, how to do well, about balls, that you need to keep some for tanks, and for the links, that's much harder then Leviathan, where you just need to dodge some slides easy to dodge when you understand how to do.

It's definitely not easier. It puts more pressure on the tank and healers. What's funny is that the people I used to play with started out doing this method for a few weeks and then switched to the tank swapping way. We beat Ramuh EASILY with the tank swap.

As for why Ramuh is hard... well, this game lacks hard content. At the moment, Ramuh and Second Coil are the only difficult end-game trials/raids to do right now (that are not redundant).

The main thing that about Ramuh EX that I've had problems with is DPS and tanks. DPS not focus firing the arbiters and tanks not provoking Ramuh so he doesn't one shot the currently tanking tank.

The arbiters though is what usually kills me on him, DPS just need to focus fire instead of splitting their DPS. Judgement Bolt kills my parties.
