Why is Ramuh EX so hard :(

Yeah the DPS check is insane! I can't believe the item level requirement for Ramuh is i85. Item level freakin' 85! DPS won't make the check consistently without i100 at the least. Not that it's a bad thing, I understand why SE would let you go in there being i85. So people can get their paws wet and know how out of their league they are when they try going there under geared

At least I can speak for Americans, we are playing for amusement only to maybe pass the time. This is about as involved as watching Game of Thrones or something to westerners while eating dinner with one hand and maybe we just have our non dominant hand moving our character around.... If we played it like we were actually playing a sport outdoors we'd do better, or, if we played like how people drive so aggressively on the freeway... lol

I was simply trying to say that there are players from other countries that are as good as and better than a lot of JP players.

BG did after all beat Twintania world first (prior to the nerf) and T9 world first. So you've got to give them credit where credit is due.

Depends on what you are comparing, actually. In JP servers, on a general level JP players does operate more seamlessly and does less flops than EN players.

If you are talking about top flights, you should not under estimate Lucrezia. They have shown what they are capable of with their world first savage coil clears. I believe they would be contending for world firsts in the next coil.

I have gotten to like 5-10% on ramuh in df twice, still no win for me. I find it generally ok, and so do ppl in df it seems, but the dps check ian't often passed. Then for some reason once people got that down, rolling thunder seems to ruin it then. Theres tons of time to even type "ok I will collect orbs", but even then, more often than not, ppl will self rape themselves casting def buffs or w/e. out of sheer panic.

I think echo will make ramuh a joke tbh. More ppl will be passing the dps check, and all that' left is to deal with rolling thunder. It's pretty much just the same thing for whole fight, but arbiters and rolling thunder added in.

One thing that does amuse me though is "TS is a must" in pf. I mean, do ppl gotta make it even easier?

i85 just needs to use an LB and might even have LB2 available normally. i100+ doesnt need lb and will only have lb1 available if dps is poor anyway

You're the one that started world first comparisons when it was never about them and about general pugs, and I can assure you that JP pugs blow the NA player base out of the water by average.
