That mentality of yours is totally missing the forest for the trees. The clear sellers are probably the ones promoting this idea. Once new people can't get lucky sneak in with a experienced folks, guess who will come to the rescue for a price? And guess who else also likes this? The RMT Gil sellers will also like this because now their is a demand for their ill-gotten gil. Not only is this bad for new players, it is bad for the game overall.



What is wrong with new people?

You're right; I hadn't considered it that way, maybe because what you consider "lucky sneak in" I'd consider the mark of a terrible player. Not so much terrible in skill, that much is a given, but terrible in attitude. And I'd rather deal with players who start off terrible at mechanics and learn than the type you describe: leeches. I'm glad that with changes now leeches have to buy runs more and get "lucky sneak ins" less.

And I help new people when they're honest about it. Nothing "lucky" about carrying people who are being deceitful.

I am 100% for people announcing they are new in all dungeons. We had a FC member who put up PFs asking for farm parties while one of our FC member is mixed in with us trying to learn and trying to clear. We had to ask him to change the description, because it would become quickly obvious when you get past the phase where the stuff is new to the person that is trying to clear. He would even tell them, "you shouldn't say you are new because you are scaring away all the fish." People resort to being deceitful when people are not being inclusive and stop trying to help everyone learn.

The "clear condition" will just get you people who bought clears in your farm party and getting wipes. They want those mounts too, and they will join your farm party. The only people that benefit from a "clearance condition" are the clear sellers and RMT.
