Yes he is, and it seems like he even found someone to reset it.
It makes me sad to see someone actually wasted his time, taking care of his weird request and still hes threatening to not resub, because of another senseless "problem".

Please, don't be rude. Just because you don't understand his reasoning does not make his problem senseless. Everyone is different. I'm sure you do a great many things in oyur day-to-day life that others do not understand.

No he started over, because if they did reset it for him he would be saying you did it for this now do it for that with his contact from last time.

To clear all this up and make people understand a bit of what I did,
played since way back on my main on midgardsormr same name 100pld/ 100war/ 93drg/ 95mnk/ lvl 46 Bard (Deleted due to having DoL skill)
I have re rolled many many times to make it perfect in my head and how I like it.
I am not a crafter/ gatherer I am very picky to what my mind tells me is ok and not. (I live day to day for the past 37 years the way I am)
I am not here to flame or put others down ok.

The gm team told me in the ticket to make a post on it here because it falls outside of whatever they can not do.
I guess, We as people are all different and like specific things and yes I have re rolled and lvled a new character to 50 more times that I am willing to share. That is my issue and no one else's, I am just requesting a simple task. Reset on a quest

reason 1 = I don't want it opened or accessible for what every reason(s) I do or don't.
reason 2 = I get a CDT when it opens that trade interface.

I understand that people have their own playstyles, but this is rather extreme. You might want to talk to a therapist about this. I'm not trying to be rude here; I'm being serious.

I'm 100% certain he was not trolling you, it would appear you have a very specific form of OCD about this issue as anyone else if they didn't want to mess with crafting would just not craft. Going to the point of rerolling a character over and over to ensure it hasn't been "tainted" with anything related to crafting and gathering in this game is not something most people would do. I'm not trying to give you hell over it but you need to understand why people are perplexed as to why there is an issue.
