Side Quest Reset

This is random but for me I submitted a ticket to have them reset a specific side quest nothing big, Now SE made the game and I want to know why a GM can not assist with a simple side quest reset so that I can re accept it so its not bugged out?
If they tell me they can not assist me with this issue and I am paying to play their game that they made and they can not reset a quest real quick that many other f2p mmos can do in a heart beat upon the players request, Then who do I have to request this from?
Any advise is greatly appreciated, 2 more days on my sub and if they can not do a simple tiny side quest reset so that It can un bug my function for it then I will just quit.

Can't you click "abandon" on the quest page? Then you should be able to re-pick-up

the quest is already completed but the option it opened is not working right and I decided I do not want to have anything to do with augmenting gear, Also the interface to trade the augments and artifact gear is bugged out and makes my game crash to desk top. I am not a crafter and do not want to level Doh at all! I want them to reset the quest so that I do not have this option open at all!

p.s. when I accepted this quest I did not know that it was a DoH quest and it tricked me into thinking it was just a quest to get free dye. I deleted my main that I spent a entire year on because my account was hacked a very long time ago and the hacker started to lvl up my DoH and DoL classes and when I got my accnt back they would not reset those classes that I did not! lvl and did not want activated at all. So I re rolled a new character, I do not want to delete this character and re roll again I cant stomach it.
I want my side quest "Simply to Dye For" Reset so that I have the option to NOT accept or OPEN this augmentation function.

I'm interested as to why it's such a big deal that a new option has been unlocked (or that a hacker levelled your DoH)... Just because those features are there, you don't need to use them. Just interested in the reasoning?

Wait, I'm a bit confused. You don't want to have the option to pick up the quest? Why? If you abandon it and then pick it up again, that could be a way to fix the bug you're experiencing it. If you can't abandon it then yeah, you're gonna need a GM to sort that out.

Aren't you the guy who wanted them to rest your gatherer because it wasn't "right", because you only wanted DoW and DoMs?

I was suspecting this might actually be the case, especially if he's the same guy who wanted his DoH/DoL reset. If it is, a GM should definitely help you and if that doesn't happen then you might just be boned and have to level again - unless, of course, you're fine with abandoning the quest and attempting to re-do it to have it completed. Besides it bugging me to CTD Ive update gfx drivers etc. and thought it did the trick to make it not ctd but I was wrong oh well im looking for another mmo that has support.

the quest should have said
DoH besides ive talked to atleast 10 others that said they never picked the quest up because they don't want to augment gear or spent the gill to buy it.

Thanks for that last remark, It is 2 things that bother me yes 1 it ctd and 2 augmention is only for DoH so it should have said so before tricking the player into picking it up since it unlocks a DoH type of system, Yeah also after deleting my main I spent a year on I have so far lvled a few more pld's to 50 but I had to weed out what quests to get since there are a few more that are only for DoH and I have had to learn which ones by deleting and re doing many times its nerve wrecking. Yeah I love my new character and god I do not want to start over its an embarrassing amount of times ive re lvled that I wont say
