And did you solo 1.0 then? Your accolade is tied to your group, not just you.
So yes, your 1.0 accomplishment doesn't mean anything in 2.0 because you personally do not carry to victory.
XI: Zeroblade, Titan Server
I ran my own group in 1.0, and group members changed through out the process, only me and one other from the start made it through to the end, but that nothing to do with it. The point was that I've been endgame since 2.0 even started, and I have years of experience on your friend, and as such I am more knowledgeable and my word has more weight. It's comparable to a 10 year old arguing that they know more than an adult. As facetious as I'm being at this point you should remember it was your friend who came in here trying to throw their weight around first lolita complex friend.
Because I still don't see it, and you were attempting to use this to invalidate my statement.

I really haven't been trying to say I'm better than you, just that it didn't seem like you had done T7 and T8 due to your achievements and your stance on SS. You're the one who took it that way and went into a rampage on why I'm in fact not only not better than you, but you ARE better than me ... randomly. Not sure why you went into all this, but as you've seen from my lack of replies to this stuff until now I don't take it seriously since it's so silly.I ran my own group in 1.0, and group members changed through out the process, only me and one other from the start made it through to the end, but that nothing to do with it. Click the link. Look at the date. 4/14, the achievement in question is obtained.
You've replied more than anyone in this thread besides me lol, and it's not my stance on SS, it's my stance on CRIT sucking for PLD, and it's the correct stance. You were trying to use the fact that you thought that I had not done T7 or T8 to discredit me (randomly). As if it some how, even if that were the case, would make you a better authority on the subject.I really haven't been trying to say I'm better than you, just that it didn't seem like you had done T7 and T8 due to your achievements and your stance on SS. Yes I am well aware that you mapped turn 3, and you know that because I linked it already. We were discussing T9.
FYI they do. A great deal of your weaponskills are defensive capabilities (see additional effects / combo bonuses for more info). Not to mention the faster WS casting time resulting in the universal cool down ending faster helps you to get that extra WS in before you need to worry about being free for stun. Also as we already discussed, the faster you hit threat cap the better, you can then cast some stoneskins, or maybe get some MP if you need, or throw in an extra few stuns, these are defensive capabilities.

Only Rage of Halone debuff helps, which is always up regardless of your skill speed.FYI it does. Nothing in Second Coil require Stun. Don't bring up crap like Chimera or Ifrit HM.
On average, you would get more threat with crit than skill speed, therefore hitting the "threat cap" faster
What extra stuns are we talking about here again?
Because increased emnityx2 and restore MP don't help I guess.
Can stun adds all day and all night.Nothing in Second Coil require Stun.
Nope.On average, you would get more threat with crit than skill speed, therefore hitting the "threat cap" faster
Derp. What extra stuns are we talking about here again?
In a perfect setting with people geared to the gills, who never make mistakes, then yes CRIT would be better arguably, but none of you are that good, so I'll stick with defense rather than offense, except in the case where offense is the better defense (DPS checks), and then I'll just go WAR if the DPS suck that much.
Here is an example of a BG pld, as you can see they are super concerned about CRIT. (lol)
and another

Clearly you don't even know how Savage Blade / Rage of Halone works.
It really doesn't.and restore MP don't help I guess.
None of the adds in second coil can be stunned. Can stun boss adds all day and all night.
Do you even know how threat works?Nope.
Derp.Derp.
Extra skill speed is never going to save you when you make mistakes.
