Why is SE so passionate about giving PLD's Critical Hit Rate on their gear?

I don't expect T10+ to be require us to spec out of 30 STR (our aforementioned WAR has never ever changed from 30STR and STR accs since we downed Turn 5). It's going to be harder than 6-9 but easier than Savage.
