Honestly I don't see that happening. Other then the huge hurdle of atma rng praying, the rest of the relic weapon quest-line is pretty breezy and straightforward. If people clear the horrible segment of atma they are more likely to continue on the upgrade path to nexus.
So there needs to be another wall that culls the pack? I like where this is going.
