I would assume/hope so. They seem to sit on designs for a while before implementing them. The Hunt gear was shown off before the game even launched and we didn't get that until this summer. I do hope they give us some reasoning behind the constant wing imagery in the smn sets as well.

Does anyone have a link to the new healer gears? As a scholar the unweathered soldiery gear is the best for me and looks stupid so thank god for glamours. If i can get a HA book or ramuh book the HA armor is more of an option tho. If the new stuff will have a decent amount of crit, unlike the HA healer gear, I'll be a happy camper :3

Well, before ARR launched. They showed off a lot of concept art and the eventual hunt gear concept was shown off and toted as upcoming GC gear for the game. I'm trying to place a date on it, but it was back when Mr. Wada was still president so that had to be early 2013.

For relevance, these were shown in October 2013 along with WAR & MNK High Allagan gear, which was released at the end of March 2014. It's going on a year since these pictures were shown off.

It would make sense that the NEW AF2 would be at the expansion instead of 2.4 or 2.5.
I hope they make it so we have to do lots of steps to get each piece this time and not just go find them and do something stupid. They could do this by giving us pieces slowly as we level up toward the new cap.
What does everyone think the cap is going to be......75?????? I have no idea and no basis to go off, this being really my first MMO that I played from the start.

They showed the AF2 mixed in with the high allagen gear. Guessing we get AF2 with new tomestones. Probably find out on fanfest because they going to talk about the new tomestone as a topic in the live letter.

I have a feeling the level cap will be raised to 70 with the coming expansion.

I'm more so wondering how they will expand to the new areas. Will Ishgard & Ala Mhigo become city states where [new] players ally themselves to and start their level up journeys from? Will Sharlayan society be fleshed out (because of the holy war going on between Dravania and Ishgard)? Will we see Samurai as an extension of other Doman teachings?
