I suspect 2.4 will be something like this:

New Tome Gear: 130
New Coil3 Gear: 130
New Coil3 Weapon: 135
New Shiva Gear: 125
New Shiva Weapon: 125

Then 2.5 adding CT3 with Gear at 120, and perhaps an upgrade of Weathered path that will take it to 120 as well.

That iLevel is a bit high, especially for the New Tomb Gears. Also, they won't make New Tomb Gear the same iLevel as End game raid gear. Shiva weapon most likely be i110 since Relic Weapon Nexus is only i115. Unless there another Quest Chain for the Relic in 2.4, Primal Gear will never surpass Relic Gears and most of the time they are quite low.

This. Tanks think their armor is bad, they've never been a SCH in the SCH AF gear. Ugh, it made everything so flat and yet so oversized at the same time. I felt like a big navy balloon with super obvious white panties on. -_-

When the last Coil was introduced the gear effectively jumped 20 Ilv, from 90 to 110, with the weapons being 115. This is the last coil so should be highest tier of gear. Then CT for filler. Tome gear is meant to be the alternate path of gearing to that of Coil. Its how it worked with Myth and Soldiery both.

We already know there is going to be more relic upgrades. The next is a new model supposedly.

Two tome sets that were the same as Coil. Some sets were BiS over Coil. Yes, you had to upgrade the Soldiery set but it was still a Tome set that you could buy.

its not. its always been same and 20ilvl increase DL70 to AF/coil1 90 and AF/coil1 90 to 110 coil 2 and tomes only require sands/oil to hit 110

It's possible, however Leviathan EX weapons were i95, same as Twintania weapons (Relic were i90 at the time, needing to do almost 2 upgrades to be on par with a i95 or better), so if they keep going like that Shiva EX weapons might be i115. Making Shiva EX weapons i110 would cause her to be almost pointless on arrival just like Ramuh unless the accessory is worth a damn if she drops one that is.

I guess they've been making stupid decisions lately so Shiva very well may be i110 but looking at the past, it's likely they will be i115 if they don't want to have the same problem they did with Ramuh.

It's also likely the ST weekly cap is going away... and so is the soldiery cap so you can just get a weapon that is i110 doing ST (lotting on all the sands/oils you want in a day) and gear up in i110 in a day or two.

On the topic of Nexus, the new dungeons/shiva/coil might give better lights to speed up the process.

They said on the last LL that Shiva weapons are gonna be glamour fodder and main loot is gonna be accs (of higher ilvl than the weapons) - so the same as the current Ramuh.
But of course it doesn't mean there's not gonna be any other source of i115 weapons. Yoshi chose to remain mum on that.

iLevel isn't high at all, it's the same as the transition from 2.1 to 2.2, only without the token system (Gerolt's Masterworks). With this hypothetical change, ST loot cap should go away and with it Mythology tokens as well.
