You should make guide on how to play SCH in many situation, take video clip to show how you escape and teach many your ways. That way you teach many player how to play healer and frontline become popular again! Maybe will have legacy also since all player read your thread.
They need light in the darkness!
Thank you for reminding me of you. I see you in a lot of the forums defending this decision. Are you a healer? If not, I advise you stop talking. You're a BRD, one of the many classes that's able to INTERRUPT our casts. Again, re-read my post, because once we use our PvP skill up, then that's it. Sorry but most of us do not like to be your punching bag. Why are all these people who don't play heals preaching about how easy it is?
Ha ha, this is so classic
Pretty bad at it too. You better check his profile first before you throw that out. I am seeing he has a white Mage. If you want to attack me, I am start to playing BLM on the Frontline too. Scholar has egi that scaled off master's gear and function with around 70% of master's healing ability. I also start to see a lot of non tunnel vision Paladins actively protecting the healer with stuns.1. Devs listen to carebears
2. Healer haters
3. You dont have an arguement because you havent try healer
4. You are all whinners
5. Learn to play.
If you are end in a situation in your scenario, it usually mean your team is wiped and you are just going to die like rest of jobs when out numbered. There are many you tube videos of good healer pov, watch it. This is not 1990s where you can say anything you want on the forum without providing reference.
I have played around 700 Frontlines by now and I am not buying any story that portraying all Paladin players are tunnel visioned gimped dps wannabe that won't assist when healer is in trouble. There are more than enough of good Paladins on the Frontline and stop dirt their name just because you are being salty.
You don't like bard, but bard is also just a punch bag in front of Monk and Dragoon, what makes you so special? My warrior's throw weapon is 300 per hit when Bard only did like 60 to 120 on me, do you think they like that too? It I a all doe the game balance.

I think is waste time to reply to such rude post but I reply to be polite.
Your post very misinform and misdirect? I think you are only person so far who tell me I defend such decision.
Very long to explain so I summarize for you?
Underline is very strange saying, especially if said person do not know you.
Italic is misinterpreted assumption.
1st and 2nd Bold is you ask question and answer yourself? Very silly.
Last Bold is ignorant saying.
Maybe your opinion is I do not talk because I do not play healer?
Maybe if you more inform and brought up to be less rude when posting then maybe you don't make silly assumption like this post.
You seem to be very serious individual! Replying in such manner I mean.
But serious individual always straighten fact out before talk.
For person who want to attack people on forum, why you do exactly what Divine say in quote bolded above and make yourself look even more silly?

Let's see, I clicked on his name, and his profile was blank. I tried searching his name on the Lodestone, and nothing. How can you prove that he is a healer? Furthermore, clicking on your name results in the same. If you have "video" evidence then show it.
Every time I see your name lately in these forums, you are trying to pick apart the people who are upset with their poor, very poor decision making skills. I believe Kisada sums the situation up very eloquently.

Also, if you play on JP servers like I believe I saw you mention, then why are you in the NA forums? From my understanding this whole "Alliance of WHM" spamming Holy was more a problem on JP servers. I've not once seen that in Frontlines.
I refuse to bargain with a sophist.
For person who is reminded of me and imply he read my post.. you surprisingly not knowledgeable. I am more surprise you see my JP post but did not see my reason why I post here?
Then say 'my understanding' when really you have no understanding of my post?
This what happens when people cherrypick sentence to read while fail miserably to consider the whole. If you against SqE and is part of 'rebellion' and behave this way, then no wonder no one listen to you and why you do not know reasons thing happen.
Should take from Gor example to point out and address everything instead of cherrypick and try to make point.
Very silly as I say earlier and no need for me to reply further.

I'm not here to argue philosophies with you. The point is this had an immediate effect on the healers, but it's going to affect everyone else very soon. There is no fun in being ganged up on in Frontlines and not being able to defend oneself. What happens when no one is gonna heal? Do you think SMN will put up with being asked to use Physic in place of the crippled SCH? Your hubris clearly shows where you really stand on this issue.
And us arguing against this clearly lazy and terrible idea does not make us the bad people here. It was SE pandering to the idiot hordes that think something is "too hard" when they were clearly not experienced. They need to actually look into an issue and see where the problem really is rather than crippling the people who are not using CS in isolated incidents to spam Holy on Flags.
Regardless, this will just be another divine anecdotal comedy in the pantheon of SE's poor implementation of PvP as a whole.
So, like anyone that's interested in the balance of pvp, I spent most of the opening days of the patch trying out healing with the cleric stance nerf, and I have to say, it's not really a big deal. And yes, I played healers before nerf as well (mostly as sch too, which I figured would be much more affected by this change). The only down side is healer vs healer, 1v1 is even more of a tickle fight. To be honest, I think this change has only made bringing dps more important (though I imagine that an all healer group could still camp a flag pretty well using sch knockbacks and lots of HoTs...), since healer dps is so pitiful.
As for the whole, "it lowers the skill cap"/ "makes healing boring" thing... was cleric stance even that difficult to use? I never had that much trouble; I guess I was doing something wrong. It felt like it only really gets used when there's very little incoming damage to worry about, which essentially means the enemy had already lost. Can a dps take you from 100% to 0% in 5 seconds (without an lb, of course)? That's an honest question; I haven't had that ever happen to me, nor have I ever done it to another healer. It's for that reason that that healing reduction feels like it's not even there. Anytime I'd need to heal, I'd never be in that stance or I'd just use a heal that ignores that penalty. So, in the end, it doesn't feel like cleric stance added that much to the experience. I think being chased around yet still living, firing off heals, and being utterly annoying is the main draws of healing in pvp
